It features methods to cultivate ki energy, mind and body unification techniques, stretching exercises, seated meditation, moving meditation, breathing exercises, auto-suggestion to alter habits, and healing arts. The emphasis is on unification of mind and body as a means of realizing our full potential. Seminar participants will learn rarely taught methods to arrive at deeper levels of calmness, relaxation, concentration, and willpower.

H. E. Davey founded the Sennin Foundation Center for Japanese Cultural Arts in 1981. He teaches Japanese martial arts, healing arts, fine arts (brush calligraphy), and yoga. He is the author of Unlocking the Secrets of Aiki-jujutsu, Brush Meditation: A Japanese Way to Mind & Body Harmony, The Japanese Way of the Flower: Ikebana for Moving Meditation, Living the Japanese Arts & Ways: 45 Paths to Meditation & Beauty, and the upcoming The Japanese Way of the Artist.
